Our engraving studio is equipped with two engravers; an Epilog 80 watt Laser Engraver and a Signature 8080 Rotary Engraver.
The laser engraver is capable of precision vector cutting for making Templates, Stencils, and Signage in such substrates as Baltic Birch plywood, matboard, acrylic sheets, and other thinstock hardwoods. It is also used for raster engraving of both graphics and lettering in Wood (Alder, Walnut, and marble wall plaques, pen sets, pen cases, awards, name wedges, wall clocks, Post-It notepad holders, boxes), Leather (Bibles, belts, tack), Plastic (small signs, nametags), Glass (champagne flutes, wine glasses, beer mugs, shot glasses, mirrors, candle holders, paperweights, coffee mugs), Crystal (engravable awards, vases), Acrylic (awards), Brass, Aluminum, and Marble.
The rotary engraver can engrave Brass & Aluminum plates (for plaques, labels, etc.), Pewter & Silver (baby cups, picture frames, baby spoons, wedding cake servers, ladels), Plastic (name tags, signage), and most other metals (money clips, knives, firearms, Zippo lighters, jewelry, jewery boxes, cuff links, business card and cigarette cases, belt buckles, watches, flasks, silver spoons, dog tags)
We also Sublimate Coffee Mugs, License Plates, and Brass!
